“Go on Google Street View and look at Boston 20 years ago near North Station, Cambridge, and the Seaport. Unrecognizable.”

“Do you know where new buildings are being built constantly: The DC area. This area has changed so damn much in the last 20 years. Many parts are unrecognizable.”
AUSTIN
“Austin, sans the UT campus and Capitol, is nigh unrecognizable from 20 years ago.”
SEATTLE
“Seattle has changed so much in the last two decades. I work downtown, and 6-8 buildings are going up within 15 min from my office.”
LAS VEGAS
“Metro Las Vegas is nearly double the size today it was two decades ago. The Strip doesn’t even look the same as it did before. And from nothing to NFL and NHL teams, and a pending MLB relocation.”
BROOKLYN
“Brooklyn, especially in parts of downtown Brooklyn, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, and other neighborhoods filled with people priced out of Manhattan.”
FLORIDA
“We have a lot more urban development now than 20 years ago. Tampa is still growing and building more skyscrapers while the suburbs are getting bigger.”
