BACKSTORY
The Original Poster (OP) (28F) and her husband (30M) have been married for two years, together for five years, and are currently six months pregnant.
She says that they are very excited and blessed because she has had only a few complications in getting pregnant.
She also added that she has a very good relationship with her in-laws, and if any of them ever had a problem, they are able to talk it through except for one thing.
Her mother-in-law has her famous mac and cheese that everyone in her family absolutely loves.

OP found the mac and cheese disgusting on day 1 but because she didn’t want to come off as rude and ungrateful, so she pulled through it without saying anything.

She told her husband about it, and he said that his mother has been making it for decades, perfecting the recipe, and she would be deeply offended if anyone told her anything bad about her mac and cheese, so she should just find the right moment to tell her.

OP’S CLARIFICATION
She says that she told her mother-in-law that because she was pregnant, it wasn’t possible for her to stomach the ingredients, but she still didn’t want to talk to her.
She also added that she is French and her husband’s family is Korean, so that will explain the ingredients. She does enjoy salmon, kimchi, and seaweed salads, but it greatly depends on which dishes it’s served with.
Also, since she has been pregnant, she has even developed an aversion to several foods that she used to love.
