BEING SELF SUFFICIENT
“I can use the toilet all by myself! But it doesn’t impress anyone because I am 30.”, said one user.
DRINKING CAPACITY
“Having a huge drinking capacity was impressive when we were 21. Now in my 40’s, not so impressive.”, said one user.
“This is a great one. When I was younger we’d all brag about how many shots it would take to take us down. It was a point of pride that my wife was like Marion from Indiana Jones literally drinking people under the table.
NOW, at just under 40 when I see people pounding them away and partying like a college kid I think it’s kind of pathetic.”, said another user.
SHOE TYING
“I was in my late 20s when I discovered a new, faster way to tie my shoes. It was like learning to tie them all over again. Nobody was impressed.”, said one user.
LOSING TEETH

“When you’re young it’s a sign of dedication and discipline. When you’re older, it’s a sign of addiction, loneliness and/or neglect. My father used to work all the time and I never admired that.”, said one user.

“I used to wow people with my computer skills. Now if you put that on a resume you get laughed out of interviews.”, said one user.

“A shoddy rendition of Master of Puppets was enough to make people think you’re hot when you’re 13 years old.
In your mid-30s you better be god level if you want people to think you’re anything but mildly annoying. I learn stuff that I find fairly impressive and just nobody seems to be much impressed.”, said one user.
