“20 years ago, we had to make a diorama. We all had them sitting on tables in the classroom, and one day, some other kid was messing around, fell onto the table and smashed mine. I failed the assignment for having a smashed diorama.”

“Yelled at me to stop talking when I wasn’t saying anything. Then a student says it was them, and she said no, it wasn’t. What the hell?
It was 6th-grade art class.”

“In 3rd grade, we learned about planets and how they each have different lengths of years. One thing that stuck with me was when the teacher said a year on Mercury was about three months, so you would technically be older there than on Earth. Our next assignment was to create an alien character from a planet in our solar system. I decided to make my dude a 200-year-old alien from Mercury. I failed the assignment because ‘aliens don’t live that long’. So I tried to tell her that he’d only be 50 on Earth and she said ‘That makes no sense’. Like, you just taught this an hour ago!”

“Gave me a C in my senior year on my final report card when I had an A all year. I had eight classes that year. 7 A’s or better. She ruined my perfect year.”

“In 7th grade, my awful teacher made me remove my hoodie because she didn’t think it was cold. I was very large-chested despite being very petite and was a victim of SA regularly at home, so I wore the hoodie to hide my body. I even told her after class once that I was more comfortable with my hoodie on, and she told me to deal with it.”

“Physics teacher was way too hard on the entire senior class. Tons of kids went and complained about her. The principal fired her. I’m salty about the whole situation. The kids handled it poorly. We ended up getting some ‘fill-in’ teachers for the second half of the year and just basically did crossword puzzles and watched movies. This was 23 years ago.”
