1. Baked Beans On Toast

2. Hummus

Serve with a side of grilled tomatoes or wilted spinach, or whatever other veggies you like. I know fresh tomatoes haven’t been that cheap either, but tinned whole tomates, drained and roasted, are delicious!” shared one.

Chickpea flour is legit – mix with water 1:1, add baking powder/vinegar if you want a bit lighter and whatever seasonings you want. Lot of places recommend black salt if you want that eggy flavour but I’ve been going with bacon seasonings. A big bag is pretty cheap and will last a while.” said one.
