The Original Poster, OP (20 female) has a cousin (23 female) who is about to get married to her boyfriend of about two years (21 male). He proposed to her about four months ago, and they had their wedding three days ago.
THEY DATED LONG BACK
OP says that she and her to-be-husband dated in high school for about two years.
THEY BROKE UP
They broke up on good terms because they just didn’t feel in love with each other anymore, and they stayed good friends. Then, during her college, OP’s cousin saw him at a party and they started going out a few months later.

OP was fine with them being together as she has no romantic feelings for him anymore.

Her cousin found out that his future-husband and OP dated in high school because one of their mutual friends was making a joke about how he was moving through their family (OP didn’t tell her because they weren’t that close)

Two days before the wedding, OP asked her cousin what was the schedule and time for the wedding. She just looked at her and said, “Oh, sorry, girl, you’re not coming.”
OP asked her why and she just answered, “Look, you’ve put me through enough hurt knowing you’re in love with my man. Just be a good cousin for once and stop trying to steal him. I don’t want you at the wedding because you’ve had an intimate relationship with my future husband, just respect that.”
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
OP felt so hurt because she spent lots of unpaid time helping her, and she spent her own money on her wedding, and now she won’t even let her go.
OP WANTED HER MONEY BACK
So OP got angry and left. Later she sent her cousin a text saying that she wanted her money back.

But her cousin refused, and OP said if she doesn’t give her money back right now, then she will be telling everyone why she is not able to go to her wedding. OP asked her cousin to keep in mind that she spent hundreds of dollars on her wedding.

So OP did that because she was angry and hurt about how she would do that to her. At this point, there was one day until the wedding, and OP posted on Instagram, “I let my cousin date my Ex-boyfriend, tomorrow is their wedding, and I’m not allowed to go because I was with him first.”
OP’S COUSIN SAW IT
OP’s cousin saw that, along with loads of other people from her family. They knew it was about her.
HER COUSIN CAME CRYING
The family was super mad at OP’s cousin for that, and she came crying to OP’s apartment, calling her out for not being a good person.
OP’s cousin told her that because of her, people were dropping out of the wedding.

Later OP clarified telling “letting them date” was her mistake, and she didn’t own him. She also clarified that not many dropped out of the wedding; only her parents and siblings dropped out.
