OP says that the lady, two seats behind her on the flight, talked extremely loud the entire flight.
OP had earplugs in, and it was piercing her ears.

After the flight landed, the lady across the aisle from OP looked terrified and said they were on her next flight.

OP got up and walked back and said, “You guys are flying to Florida next, right? You may want to consider being a little more quiet on your next flight. I had earplugs in and could hear you screaming the entire time.”
THEY WERE HARSH
OP turns back around, and the lady’s boyfriend called OP a jerk.
OP GOT ANGRY
So OP turned back and asked what he said. He told OP that she was a jerk.
OP says the girl chimes in and says, “We weren’t even talking loud.”
OP showed them the earplugs in her hand and said she had earplugs in her ears two seats ahead of them, and she heard all about Franks’s wedding, their nail appointment, feeding their dogs, their cell phone bill, the TV shows, and her mom watches.
OP asks if she is a jerk for doing this.
